Here at Tippmann Arms, we are proud to partner with Metal Madness Shooting Sports Association to bring you the Tippmann Arms M4-22 MMSSA Competition Edition rifle. This special model is based on the M4-22 PRO and will come with a factory installed Elftmann Match Trigger, Fluted Barrel to reduce weight, plus 2 magazines which come in 25, 15, or 10 round capacities. Also, as an added bonus the MMSSA Logo has been Laser Engraved on the lower receiver.
The M4-22 PRO is a premium .22 caliber semi-automatic tactical rimfire rifle with aluminum upper and lower receivers and all the features of a true M4. The M4-22 PRO is largely mil-spec compatible and will accept most AR15 stocks, handguards and sights. The M4-22 has the look, feel and controls of a true M4 and is a perfect platform for training applications or backyard plinking.

Tippmann M4-MSSA edition
I bought a Tippman m4-22 after I watched some YouTube videos that impressed me and then I did some research and they get a lot of positive reviews. I bought this MSSA model specifically because I shoot a little Steel Challenge and a lightweight rifle with a good trigger is essential so I thought I’d give it a shot. The verdict? This thing is awesome. I’ve shot at least 3,000 rounds through it, and it seems to get better and better, as far as reliability. I went to the range the other day and put 400, maybe 500 rounds down range and it only went “click” once. Pretty damn impressive for a .22, IMO. I’ve shot, federal champion 36 grain, Winchester, CCI mini-mag and Blazer, even some old Remington stuff I had laying around, and it seems to eat it all just fine. I mounted a holosun 507 comp on a riser and it’s money. I’m a few seconds from A class, without much serious practice. The speed loader is essential. They ran a special a few months ago, free speed loader with a new rifle purchase. I’m thinking about waiting for that special to pop up again, and buying another identical rifle for backup. That’s how much I dig this thing. Oh yeah, it also truly functions like an AR, so if you are a big fan of the AR platform like I am, you won’t be disappointed. I ordered directly from the Tippmann website, and it redirected me to guns.com, which was confusing, especially when I had some issues with shipping. While that fiasco was still going on, I happened to check palmetto and they had 4 of them in stock, so you might check Palmetto out. I ended up buying my speed loader and a couple of extra magazines from palmetto, and they showed up several days before the rifle did. To be fair, it was ultimately the fault of the lazy FedEx delivery driver, who dropped the package with a neighboring business, Instead of holding it until my ffa was open. Then that business was closed for vacation, so I got left with no rifle, and nobody was sure who signed for it. Anyways, the rifle is great, the speed loader is the best thing ever. Buy some extra mags, the speed loader, and start looking for deals on ammo, because you will chew up some ammo with this thing, especially when you can load a 25 round mag in about 5 seconds. PS: I almost never write reviews, and I am not a Robot, lol.

THE BEST AR 22LR ON THE MARKET THAT I HAVE TESTED THE TRIGGER IS AWELSONE THIS TIPPMANN KEEPS UP WHILE SHOOTING NEVER JAMM WITH OVER 320 ROUNDS AND IT VERY ACCURATE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS COMPETITION EDITION FOR THE GUY THAT WANTS THE BEST HERE IT IS
